Christopher C. Coss, Esq.
Co-Founder

Chris is a 1984 graduate of Haverford College and a 1987 graduate of Columbia Law School. In addition to having represented institutional and individual clients in hundreds of matters in state and federal courts throughout the country, he is one of the leading trial lawyers in the country representing financial services firms and individuals in disputes required to be arbitrated before FINRA, obtaining numerous multi-million dollar arbitration awards and settlements for his clients. Whether he is representing a highly-regarded Wall Street firm in a raiding dispute or an aggrieved financial advisor, Chris utilizes his decades of experience to achieve optimal results for his clients. Chris is always looking for ways to achieve successful resolution prior to trial because a FINRA arbitration can be costly, both financially and emotionally. Some cases, however, simply cannot be resolved. In arbitration hearings, Chris is known for his pointed and precise cross-examination of witnesses and the ease with which he grasps issues pertaining to damages and expert analysis.

Thomas J. Momjian, Esq.
Co-Founder

Tom is a 1989 graduate of Columbia College and a 1992 graduate of Columbia Law School. Tom has over 25 years of experience representing a variety of clients in FINRA arbitrations and has represented institutional and individual clients in hundreds of cases before federal and state courts throughout the country. Tom also has a deep understanding of the importance of the discovery process in each case. Most significantly, Tom has considerable experience dealing with the production and review of “e-discovery,” which includes emails, text messages, social media and other electronic communications and information. In this digital age, it is critical to obtain highly experienced “e-discovery” counsel. Whether representing a corporate client or an individual, Tom makes himself available on a daily basis to update the firm’s clients on the status of their cases and will continually provide a "real-time" evaluation of their cases as they evolve through the arbitration process.
